Bhagwan Marine is looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to join our team and take our crew's capabilities to the next level.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Functions: Collaborate with department managers, Marine Operations, and Subsea teams to identify skill gaps and create tailored training programs.Vessel-Ready Training: Ensure our crews are adequately trained to meet client scopes and OVMSA audit requirements.Seamless Coordination: Schedule, manage, and coordinate internal and external training sessions and inductions.Stay Compliant: Work closely with QHSE teams to ensure all positions meet statutory training and qualification requirements.Training Matrix: Maintain up-to-date training Matrix, aligned with project needs, client scopes, and company requirements.Innovate and Evolve: Keep up with the latest training methods and techniques to enhance instructional effectiveness.Measure Impact: Evaluate the success of training programs and their impact on employee skills and performance.Budget Savvy: Support cost-effective training initiatives within HR and Training budgets.Record Management: Maintain accurate training records in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and INX in line with company policies.Build the Calendar: Develop and manage a comprehensive training calendar that covers both mandatory registered and non-registered needs.Qualifications and Experience:Tertiary qualification in Workplace Training and Assessment is essential.Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role is essential.Ability to positively engage with a diverse range of staff groups, from senior leadership through to operational and project staff and external providers.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Exceptional data entry skills and attention to detail is essential.Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines is essential.We have a strong focus on health, safety, and the environment.We actively work on promoting a positive and effective safety culture.We have a 'can do' attitude that values initiative and achieving our goals.If you believe you meet the position's requirements and wish to be considered for the role, click on the 'Quick Apply' button to submit your detailed resume.#J-18808-Ljbffr
