We are seeking a talented Pie Face Operations, Training & Compliance Coordinator to support the continued growth of the Pie Face brand within United Petroleum sites.
In this exciting hands-on role, your key focus will be to ensure we deliver best in class operations. Reporting to the National Training Manager, this is a business critical role overseeing Pie Face's day-to-day operations, training and support functions across our growing network of 275+ sites nationally.
Key responsibilities include: Administration of World Manager - Step UP, our Learning Management System including the setting up of new team members, placing of communication/notices to sites and creation of new training modules/updates to existing trainingCoordination of Pie Face training, including scheduling and booking of training, issuing of training certificates and licenses and review/updating of content to ensure best practice learningOverseeing Pie Face compliance, working closely with our sites to ensure 100% adherence to brand standards, addressing and closing out any identified issues to maximise sales and ensure a first-class customer experienceProvide the required administrative support to Pie Face operations including regular reporting on site performance, compliance, status of project rollouts and any other required mattersPreparation and distribution of regular site-based communications, including the weekly newsletter in an impactful, effective waySite visits and delivery of in-store training as required to support operations.Skills & experience required: Prior relevant work experience in the retail, hospitality or petrol/convenience spacePrior relevant work experience as a TrainerAbility to multi-task and work under pressureGreat written and verbal communication skillsResilience, the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentAdvanced numeracy and computer skills including MS Office & World Manager (preferred)Ability to follow through and ensure close out of issues promptlyProficiency in writing detailed reports and clear store communicationsGreat with command prompt and Excel skills such as V-lookups.The ability to question and challenge the status quo to identify opportunities for improvementA true team player, able to do whatever it takes to get the job doneCustomer-focused and solutions-drivenIf you are seeking an exciting role that offers plenty of challenges in a dynamic ever-changing environment, click the "Apply" tab below to submit your resume.
