We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join the ETCS project within the Major Projects Integration team in Brisbane. The Training Coordinator will oversee the training compliance of the project in an initial 2 year fixed term contract, with the possibility of extension.
Some of the day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include • Coordinating the development and implementation of the Training Strategy Plan
• Develop and conduct training programs as required
• Review training compliance and provide regular reporting on progress
• Coordinate the accreditation of relevant training programs and recognition of qualifications
• Assist in developing programs that provide training on project deliverables and help to identify skills gaps
What you can bring to the role
• Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role in transportation or related industry.
• High level of skill in oral and written communication.
• Extensive knowledge of train operations environments and safety related governance
• High level of skill in researching, developing and writing operational Safety documentation
