With over 35 years' experience working with Defence and with the recently awarded 6-year Firefighting Services contract, 2024 is an exciting time to join Ventia. In support of this newly awarded contract, Ventia are seeking a
Training Compliance Administrator
to join their global and diverse organisation.
About the role
Based in Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth this role will see you coordinating training compliance, reporting and scheduling of Firefighter Capability training.
This position is primarily responsible for:
Coordinating the Induction Program Nationally for supervision, staff and employees.
Implementing competency-based assessment training needs for new and existing employees.
Managing and maintaining accurate employee training records.
Coordinating learning through a variety of delivery methods.
Developing training aids such as e-learning, manuals and handbooks.
Using and applying assessment tools to measure training effectiveness and tracking and reporting on training outcomes.
Handling logistics and attendance at training activities.

About you
The following skills and experience are highly regarded but not essential. Experience in a similar role or a role as a Training Administrator will see you successful in this position.
Relevant entry level qualifications in business administration, human resource or similar area, or equivalent experience.
PowerBI or other data-system training highly regarded.
Experience with National training system and knowledge of National VET standards.
Experience in the operation of Student Management & Learning Management system.
Experience developing and implementing administrative processes.
Experience following quality processes.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
You must be an Australian citizen and able to maintain a Department of Defense Security Clearance to Apply.
