12 Months Max-Term - Transfer to Permanent Join UGL at the start of our Salesforce transition.
Lead the way in our organisation's adoption of the software, enabling our users to fully embrace its capabilities.
This is a 12 month max term role working out of our Brisbane office with the plan to transfer to a permanent position at the end of the term.

About the role Lead change management and training initiatives to support the adoption of Salesforce.
Develop strategies to engage users, address resistance, and ensure smooth transitions.
Design and deliver training programs, evaluate their effectiveness, and build internal capacity through train-the-trainer programs.
Key responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for smooth Salesforce adoption.Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.Assess organisational impacts, mitigate risks, and monitor adoption to refine change strategies.Design and deliver tailored training programs such as manuals, videos, and online modules.Conduct training sessions, evaluate effectiveness through feedback, and establish train-the-trainer programs.About you Experience in a similar role with change management and training, and ideally Salesforce.Excellent communication skills and a knack for collaborating with all stakeholders across the business.Self-motivated and eager to share knowledge.Ability to travel to Sydney to attend meetings and conduct workshops.Apply Now to be part of a significant transformation journey at UGL.
