We are currently looking for a Training Business Partner to join the business in the Work Health and Safety team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
What you'll do: Lead the development, implementation and delivery of training and assessment for Perth Airport employees.
Ensure compliance with legislative and company standards through effective program delivery and compliance monitoring Support continuous improvement initiatives, keeping our training programs innovative and effective.
Collaborate with the Safety & Training function to create and promote a vibrant, positive safety culture across the airport.
Provide expert advice and hands-on support to internal teams the go-to for training expertise.
Track training success and implement exciting improvements to boost engagement and performance.
About you: You excel in building strong relationships, with the confidence to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and influence key decisions.

You're a natural communicator with the energy and conviction to inspire others and promote WHS practices that make a difference.
You're highly organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Your strong technical acumen allows you to coordinate training processes effectively.
