The purpose of this role is to lead our Training and Knowledge Transfer programs across our product portfolio in New Zealand and Australia.
This includes identifying, developing, and maintaining technical materials and delivery platforms to support best practice training and assessment for both Temperzone and Hitachi.
Additionally, it involves identifying key issues through Tech Support feedback and providing solutions within the training, while sharing specific knowledge and technical skills across the organization and with our partners.
This role is an integral part of our Technical Support team and plays a vital role in our customer care and after-sales service departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with our Technical Support teams.
Conduct research and problem-solving; consult with relevant teams.
Understand Temperzone and Hitachi product functionality and diagnostics.
Transfer knowledge into suitable formats for dissemination.
Prepare and deliver product training to customers, repair agents, and staff.
Provide support during peak periods and for escalated issues.
Offer feedback on unit performance to the Engineering Team.
Build relationships with key customers on technical matters.
Assist Sales team with technical aspects and application inquiries.
What you will bring to the role:

Minimum 10 years' experience in the air conditioning industry.
A high competency in the technicalities of air conditioning system design.
High level of experience in staff management.
