About the RoleThe role focuses on coordinating and delivering effective training and support for our clients.
You will be responsible for:
Implementing and supporting new and existing customers with our suite of products.Training and consulting with external clients.Delivering presentations and training to large groups on-site.Taking meeting minutes and organizing agendas.Testing software as required.Handling various other administrative tasks as needed.Location:The successful applicant can be based anywhere in Australia, provided they are in close proximity to a domestic airport.
About YouYou ideally come from a technical or site administration background, preferably in the mining industry (with underground hardrock experience being highly desirable).
You are ready to take the next step in your career by servicing and supporting multiple clients.
You will implement our software on-site, train the workforce, and assist with change management.
Whether you're an engineer, site administrator, or in a similar role, your skills will help you understand customer requirements and deliver lasting change at project sites.
Key Attributes:• Confidence in presenting and training teams to transition from paper to digital processes.• Ability to pass a medical and drug/alcohol test when required.• FIFO or site experience.• Highly proficient in MS Office Suite.• Basic understanding of Power BI.• Professional written and verbal communication skills.• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.• A team player with strong multitasking skills.• Availability to travel and work on-site when necessary.• Strong oral communication skills.• Current "C" Class Driver's Licence.
Highly Desirable:• Previous experience using Simbio or similar software.• Experience with Pitram or in a control room environment.
