About the role The University of New England is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Training and Resource Coordinator to join our team.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality training and resources to support the professional development of our staff across the Armidale campus.
About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated experience in a similar training or resource coordination role, ideally within a higher education or large organisation setting Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences Strong organisational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail Proficiency in developing a wide range of training resources, including presentations, interactive workshops and online modules Familiarity with adult learning principles and proven success in designing effective training solutions Tertiary qualifications in education, training or a related field are highly desirable About the Portfolio The Future Students and Engagement Department at UNE oversees all external-facing functions at UNE with a comprehensive, integrated strategy.
This includes marketing, advancement, alumni office, social media, and corporate communications and events.
The department focuses on engaging with industry partners, alumni, philanthropic supporters, governments and communities, while also attracting and connecting with prospective students.
The team effectively showcases UNE's offerings, builds relationships with key stakeholders, and fosters a strong, connected community.
