First Focus, Australia's best Managed Service Provider, is seeking an experienced Training and Onboarding Manager , on a full-time basis at our offices in either Bentley WA or Brisbane CBD.
About First Focus We are a fast-growing, national MSP with aspirations to become the best career developer in our space in Australia. We have established a strong training culture as well as several unique training programs including Leadership Lab, Fast Track, Immersion, and Bootcamp. We are in the process of adding the 'First Focus Leadership Academy', a hands-on leadership development program for middle managers to round out our suite of training programs.
About the role The Training and Onboarding Manager will ultimately have ownership of the entire First Focus Academy which encompasses all training programs, together with our LMS and video library. In addition, they will be responsible for the onboarding function across the business, ensuring that new employees have the best possible experience and are able to become settled and productive as quickly as possible.
Reporting to the CPO, the successful candidate will have proven experience in implementing and managing successful training programs, ideally in the technology space.
Requirements Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally in the technology space. Proven track record of implementing and managing successful leadership training programs. Experience in creating and implementing onboarding tracks and upskilling plans. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Strong program management skills. Highly developed emotional intelligence. A passion for learning and people development. A warm personality and a great sense of humor!
