Training And Onboarding Coordinator - Fifo

About the role As our Training and Onboarding Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the delivery of Civeo's onsite onboarding and induction program for new starters on our sites in Western Australia.  This is a FIFO role from Perth on a 2:1 swing on sites around Port Hedland and the Pilbara. This position is well suited to a candidate new to FIFO or someone with a food/training background looking for a fulltime role with fantastic future development opportunities.   What's in it for you? Key Day to Day Tasks  Welcome new starters to site on their first day and ensure they are comfortable the start of the Civeo employment journey  Conduct Verification of Competency Assessments (VOC's) Control the Civeo Village Training Plan Deliver and/or coordinate client and Civeo Contractor training programs  Leadership and supervisor training and development Conduct of regular audits and inspections Facilitation of required training (FSS, Allergen Modules 1 and 2, Basic Food Handler Training) Essential Requirements Cert IV Training and Assessment (TAE) essential  Australian Manual Driver's license Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals Experience in a training and/or educational role Able to pass a medical and drug screen About Us We are part of Civeo Corporation, a global company with regional operations in Australia, the United States and Canada with a combined total of over 33,000 rooms.
