Training and Implementation Officer, Justice and Attorney-GeneralDepartment of Justice & Attorney General QLD – Brisbane QLDFull time, Contract, Part time, Casual/TemporaryThe Training and Implementation Officer involves the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs, as well as the effective implementation of project strategies at new locations. The officer will ensure seamless integration of project enhancements and adaptations, maintaining the project's integrity while catering to diverse regional requirements.In this role you would be working closely with project managers and their teams from within CTDP along with representatives from the relevant business areas to coordinate activities to ensure a smooth transition from the implementation phase to the operational phase of multiple projects.Your key responsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic training approaches that cater to diverse learning styles and business needs, ensuring alignment with the overall objectives of CTDP strategies.Assist in the formulation and documentation of transition and implementation plans, frameworks, strategies, policies, procedures, work instructions, and other relevant documentation.Monitor, track, and evaluate the performance of transition and implementation activities, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.Undertake the rollout of project initiatives across multiple locations in Queensland.Deliver and adapt training materials to suit regional needs and project updates.Coordinate with teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of project enhancements.Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and training methodologies.Continuously evaluate and update training materials to reflect technological advancements and feedback.Perform other essential duties and tasks specific to the position as required.Technical skills, abilities and cultural capabilityCompletes workload within established timeframes and adjusts priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.Works independently and follows through on assignments with minimal direction.Establishes and maintains co-operative working relationships with co-workers and the public.Analyses information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to define the problem or objective.Contributes to workplace equity, diversity, respect and inclusion that enriches our culture of respect and inclusion.
