Primary Objective:
The Training and Development Technical Coordinator is responsible for the technical and operational training function at System Control. They will provide strong leadership while formulating the strategic direction for operational training by identifying, developing, delivering, assessing, and reporting on a diverse range of technical training and development programs for System Control staff to ensure a competent, knowledgeable and skilled workforce, to support the quality delivery of System Control functions now and in the future.
