LGMA is seeking a training manager who can do it all: 
manage a team delivering face-to-face training, webinars, long courses, short courses, experiential learning programmes, coaching, mentoring and lots more in a very busy small team,create high quality leadership and management content, facilitate programmes both in face-to-face and virtual formats,monitor and evaluate programme effectivenessmarket PD programmes to local government, andbuild relationships across the sector.Reporting to the CEO, you will be part of a small dynamic team that punches well above its weight - delivering an extensive range of relevant, tailored, professional development programmes to the fab people in the local government sector.
You are able to travel throughout Queensland and are happy to spend time in the Brisbane office overseeing your team.
Option for 4 or 5 days per week.
