About the role: Reporting directly to the Group General Manager P&C, you will drive our learning strategy and foster a culture of growth across the organization. As Training and Development Lead this role offers a unique opportunity to shape development initiatives and make a meaningful impact on our people's potential and success.
What does a day in the life look like? Conduct an organisational learning needs analysis to identify priority skills for capability uplift. Lead the design and delivery of TEGs development programs across new and existing employees across the business. Upskill and coach others across the organisation to develop to be their best, in particular deliver train the trainer sessions to support the rollout of the program Elevate TEGs L&D offerings to differentiate it in the market, demonstrating a genuine commitment to employee development and growth. Take a consultative approach with key sales stakeholders to foster a culture of learning and growth throughout the business, promoting continuous improvement. Act as a skilled facilitator in workshops and training sessions. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make continuous improvements Report on the impact of initiatives, identifying opportunities for performance enhancement and continuous improvement Ensure learning initiatives are integrated with talent and succession planning, performance management, and development planning processes. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in learning, human behaviour, cognitive psychology, and instructional design. What are we looking for? Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong facilitation skills with experience in designing and delivering training programs. Experience in management development and implementing best practice solutions would be an advantage.  Experience analysing business needs, crafting solutions, and designing impactful programs. An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can drive change and cultivate a culture of continuous learning. Proactive & consultative approach to L&D, ensuring that programs meet evolving organisational needs and foster a culture of growth and development. What are we seeking? Experience: 10 years in Learning & Development Innovative Mindset: Ability to leverage modern adult learning methods to create capability programs that are as effective as they are engaging. You are a curious learner and proactively build your own levels of digital literacy and dexterity. Collaborative Spirit: Thrive in a matrix organisation, building strong relationships with stakeholders. Authentic Leadership: Natural influencer and storyteller with the ability to inspire and coach people at all levels. Strategic Toolset: Structured approach to project management, problem-solving, and change leadership.
