Role Description
This is a casual contract role for a Training and Development Consultant - Associate Casual Contractor. On an as-needed basis- you may have a specialty area or experienced in a couple of areas.
We work with small teams through to large conference size groups, across industries.

As a consultant, we aim to set you up for success and support you in going through the program and delivery expectations pre-client engagement. You bring the energy and your accumulated wisdom and depth of facilitator experiencd to every engagement.
We deliver ag the clients location, client coordinated venue, or conference centre. We also get requests for regional deliveries.
We contact our presenters, check there availability, and then set you up for a successful delivery.
Qualifications
Diploma of positive psychology or Masters is desired
Highly developed training or coaching skills
Highly desired - familiar with VIA Strengths.
Desired qualities
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Energy and a positive and optimistic attitude are a must
Ethics in using our IP a must
