You are willing to learn from failure, pivot, and try again.Your RoleThe Training and Compliance Manager plays a critical role in IDEA's capacity to deliver compliant, quality vocational programs.You will report directly to IDEA's Executive and provide your expertise and specialised knowledge of RTO operational requirements whilst positively contributing to the IDEA culture.
