The Training and Change Officer provides operational, change management, instructional and business support to the Business Systems Support Section, actively working as a team member to achieve Section and Divisional objectives.

Overview of responsibilities:
Complete system administrative work including the maintenance of two applications (ViziRail and ITOPS).
Be involved in system testing and assist in maintaining auditing requirements.
Manage outlook and answer phone call/email queries from a wide range of areas in the business.
Review security reporting and update user access.
Create training information such as "how to" guides.
Contribution to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to ensure the team operates effectively and efficiently.
High level knowledge of MS office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Attention to detail and solutions focused.
Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptable to change.
Knowledge of railways, having a training background and/or previous experience with ViziRail and/or ITOPS is advantageous but not essential.
