The organization

The opportunity
Reporting to the Head of L & D, a large part of this role will see you support, manage and mentor a team of Assessors – identifying training opportunities and providing guidance. In addition, you will be collaborating with internal stakeholders reviewing and assessing capabilities of team members and identifying training required to comply.
Selection Criteria
Tertiary qualification in L & D, HR or Org Psych Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or equivalent Proven experience in understanding capabilities frameworks – evaluating & assessing Leadership experience – building and supporting teams Strong communication / interpersonal skills with stakeholder management exp Tech savvy and quick to pick up systems, processes and procedures
