Due to continued growth, we're looking for an energetic and proactive Logistics Officer/Assistant to be part of Training Alliance Group's (TAG) expanding team.
About the Role Working across two Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and our Employment Services division, TAG is a leader in providing quality education that leads to meaningful employment, supporting individuals to achieve their employment and education goals through experiential and classroom-based learning.
As the Logistics Officer/Coordinator, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of our business.
Core activities include: Organising trailers for the purpose of training, as well as mobilisation and demobilisation of machinery required for training sessions.
Assisting with shuttle service, transporting students to and from the training site when required.
Collaborating with team members to transport goods and materials to and from TAG site locations.
Coordinating the service and repairs of fleet & machinery.
Obtaining quotes and creating purchase orders.
Responding to queries from stakeholders, clients, students, and staff members in a timely and professional manner.
Completing various additional tasks as required based on the daily needs of the business.
Inventory management at our storage facilities, training sites, and service trailers.
Assisting with various logistical matters related to Civil training and other business operations.
Assisting staff members as needed and contributing to the smooth functioning of the office.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Morley / West Perth.
Successful applicants must be willing to travel within the Perth metro area and occasional regional travel.
