We currently have an opportunity for a passionate and committed trainer and assessor to join our team as a Training Advisor - Individual Support.
The Role - A Day in the Life of a Training Advisor As a Training Advisor, you will provide flexible and practical training services to students through the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring.
You will join a team of dedicated trainers and will get satisfaction from knowing you have empowered your students to build their confidence, knowledge, and careers through your personalized service.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
Delivering accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoringAssessing the skills and abilities of your students to tailor your training offeringEnsuring management of your own caseload is maintained within identified milestonesCriteria for Success Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – TAE40116 or equivalentCertificate III or Diploma in Individual SupportMinimum 2 years' Industry experienceCurrent Driver's LicenceA recent, clear National Police CheckA current NSW Working With Children CheckWhy work for ETC We pride ourselves on offering a positive work culture and environment for employees to achieve their best.
