We are currently working on multiple projects across the metropolitan area from Two Rocks to Mandurah and from Australind to Margaret River in the southwest region.
Our projects have multiple active stages with project values ranging from $500K to $10million.
About the Role: We are currently looking for an experienced Training Advisor for our Main office in Cardup.
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of nationally endorsed Training Packages and accredited courses.
Your responsibilities include - Deliver onsite training and induction sessions Identify and assess future and current training needs, through job analysis, in consultation with relevant personnel Maintain accurate records of training progress and assessment outcomes Provide accurate and timely training compliance reports, information, and support as required Managing the implementation of approved training and development initiatives Delivering training and assessment activities as required Liaising with external training providers as required Ensuring job-specific safety skills and responsibilities are met Assisting to develop training needs analyses and competency assessment tools as required About You: A valid Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Demonstrated experience in a similar position, within the construction or resources industries Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven track record in managing training compliance in a medium to large organisations.
Proficient with modern IT applications including Microsoft Excel, Work and Outlook.
Experience developing and managing training needs analysis Full rights to work in Australia.
Australian drivers license and a reliable vehicle Construction Safety Awareness Card / White Card.
