About the role Reporting to the Manager Skills and Jobs Centre, the Training Advisor will provide outstanding customer service and expert guidance to Workforce Australia Employment Service Providers and program participants.
Acting as a trusted liaison, they will support both initial and ongoing training needs.
The Training Advisor will assist Workforce Australia participants in navigating TAFE Gippsland's training process, ensuring alignment with their career goals and organisational objectives, while promoting the offerings of the Skills and Jobs Centre.
Additionally, they will address enquiries from the broader Gippsland community and refer them to the Skills and Jobs Centre team for further assistance where required.
A 6 month probationary period will apply to this position.
