About Your Role:
As the Training Advisor, you will be required to efficiently forecast, plan, and implement training and competency strategies and programs. These initiatives will fulfil all legislative, regulatory, organisational, and functional obligations. Collaborating closely with our on-site teams, you'll develop and implement training plans in line with national and enterprise competencies.
About You:
Prior experience in training/competency management within a regulated environmentKnow-how in planning and development of training curricula and programsProficient skills in the Microsoft suite: Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Access & SAP (advantageous)Demonstrated experience in implementing Lean philosophy, tools, and techniquesExperience in the rail, automotive, military, defence, avionics, or other safety-critical environment is desirablePresentation/speaking skills and report writing skillsStrong communication skills (oral & written) including negotiation and influencing skillsQualifications and Education Requirements: Relevant tertiary or degree level qualificationsCert IV in Training and AssessmentAbout Us:
