We currently have an opportunity for a passionate and committed trainer and assessor to join our team as a Training Advisor – Hospitality. The Role - A Day in the Life of a Training Advisor As a Training Advisor, you will provide flexible and practical training services to students through the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring. You will join a team of dedicated trainers and will get satisfaction from knowing you have empowered your students to build their confidence, knowledge, and careers through your personalised service.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
Delivering accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring. Assessing the skills and abilities of your students to tailor your training offering. Ensuring management of your own caseload is maintained within identified milestones. Criteria for Success Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – TAE40116 or equivalent. Certificate III in Hospitality. Minimum 2 years' industry experience. Current Driver's Licence. A current, clear National Police Check. A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card.
