You will be a subject matter expert regarding training content and will actively share knowledge with your fellow peers to maintain and develop currency of training. The Training Adviser will also champion Train the Trainer and ensure that a high quality of training delivery is maintained. Frequent domestic travel and occasional overseas travel will be required for this role, to best provide support to the Contact Centre network.About you –Experienced in delivering and coordinating training programs in a highly regulated setting.Experience working in environments with extensive policies, procedures, and regulations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven track record of synthesizing large amounts of information and conveying essential principles.Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering training.Displays excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for project execution.Capable of working independently or collaboratively, as needed.Certificate IV in Workplace Training/related discipline (advantageous, however not mandatory).Experience working with contact centres or within the travel industry.Why the Qantas Group?You'll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
