Due to our meteoric growth, Campbell Transport is seeking to appoint a new Training Administrator to join our rapidly growing team at our new office in Jandakot.

What you can expect from the role: Reporting to the WHS Manager, you are responsible for driving a positive safety culture through the administration of the company's training packages throughout the mining and transport sector. You will be responsible for working with subject matter experts to create and administer training through our Learning Management System and creating the framework to allow our trainers to conduct effective training onsite.
Your key responsibilities will include: Create training courses on our online LMS.Create and administer the training framework for our trainers to conduct onsite verification of competencies.Provide support to the WHS and Compliance teams by administering a training matrix and ensuring our people have conducted the necessary training to perform their jobs safely.Collaborate with managers, supervisors, or leading hands to monitor compliance and identify safety training issues.Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures.Reviewing and/or writing up SWMS, procedures and forms.You will have the following skills and experience: Previous and demonstrated experience in designing and developing training packages.Excellent outlook, word & excel skills.Exceptional attention to detail and technical writing skills.Excellent organisational & prioritization skills.Ability to work autonomously & as part of a team.Don't wait, come and join the Campbell Transport team now!
