Manage student records, enrolments, and course information Provide excellent customer service and resolve student issues promptly Conduct data entry and handle Student Management and Learning Management Systems Issue qualifications and Statements of Attainment to learners Communicate with stakeholders via email, phone, and in person Ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory and company requirements Qualifications: 3+ years RTO experience, including AVETMISS reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with Moodle (LMS) and PowerPro (SMS) RTO standards expertise Strong communication and organisational skills Why is This a Great Opportunity: Career progression Free parking and great location Close knit and supportive team Fast growing organisation with big plans for the future Salary Type : Annual Salary Salary Min : A$ 60000 Salary Max : A$ 75000 Currency Type : AUD
