Want to work on Australia's largest transmission line project? Elecnor has been contracted to build EnergyConnect, a new 700km transmission line  extending from Wagga Wagga NSW to the South Australian border. 
This backbone infrastructure will connect customers with more renewable energy enabling a further 4950MW of generation capacity, save NSW customers $180 million a year and create 1,500 new construction jobs in regional NSW. 
Construction of EnergyConnect is underway in various locations across the project area.
This role is located in Wagga Wagga and would be a fixed term contract until June 2025. This could be a FIFO role for those from interstate, however our preference is to provide an opportunity to a talented individual from the local area.
The Role As an important member of our training team, your role is central to the effective tracking of training scheduling, and whilst working closely with site managers and key stakeholders, you will help design and implement effective training admin processes and tools.
Your duties and responsibilities will include the following: Scheduling and coordinating the delivery of site inductions and internal training.  Booking external training to verify competency and deliver training for the project.  Ensure compliance through accurate record-keeping and foster strong relationships with management for informed training activities. Managing and reporting on learning and assessment data Updating and maintain training systems (including Pegasus) and records that accurately reflect the status of all employee and sub-contractors.  Accurately complete all necessary documentation and ensure the necessary approvals and authorisations are issued in a timely manner.  Your skills and experience : 
Minimum experience in a similar role, ideally time in a site based construction or mining environment Excellent communication and organisational skills. High attention to detail and data processing accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritise a diverse range of tasks. Flexible approach to work. Commitment to a high-performance culture.
