Job Title Training Administrator Location of Project Perth City Pay rate $33.00- $37.00 per hour Hours of work per week 38 hour week Monday to Friday Prospective job Length Temp to Perm (flexibility of working hours and or working from home, could be on offer for the right person) Scope of works Long-term individual to undertake a Training Administrator role.The role will be based in the West Perth office on a Monday to Friday roster (flexibility options for the right candidate) and will require irregular visits to site (mining) (2 nights once a month to start with, then can be less).The role will report to the Health, Safety and Training Superintendents. Responsibilities Training and VOC Coordination:Schedule and coordinate onsite and offsite training.Communicate with trainers and participants on training and VOC's to ensure smooth delivery of services.Prepare training materials and resources, including presentations, handouts, and online content.Record Management:Maintain accurate training records.Update and manage our INX InTuition system to record and track employee training progress.Generate reports on training compliance.Logistics and Support:Facilitate Trainers workloads by allocating tasks as required for completing training and VOC's.Manage logistics for training and other associated events, including venue selection, catering, and equipment setup.Provide administrative support to trainers and the Health, Safety and Training leadership team.Ensure all training materials and resources are up to date and accessible.Communication and Engagement:Serve as the primary point of contact for training inquiries from employees and management.Promote training programs and encourage employee participation through effective communication strategies.
