Training Administrator

to join our team at our Peak Downs mine located 6km south-east of Moranbah in the Bowen Basin.ABOUT THE ROLEWorking a 9-day fortnight, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide system and administrative support to the Training Coordinator and HST ManagerCorrection checking of training documentationMaintenance of Thiess and client training systemsAssist with on-boarding of new employees when requiredAssist with the implementation of the project training needs analysisPerform other duties as may be defined by the HST ManagerWHAT THIESS CAN DO FOR YOU5/2 4/3 roster – work a 9-day fortnightFull camp facilities provided – or living out of camp allowance, if applicableThiess' commitment to ongoing training & developmentSalary sacrifice optionsA range of corporate discounts, including health insurance (Medibank), travel & retail productsREQUIREMENTSExposure to administrative roles within a resources, construction, or similar industryWorking towards Certificate IV in Training and Assessment advantageousProficiency in MS Office (specifically strong Excel skills) and SharePointStrong attention to detailHigh level of organisational and time management skillsHighly motivated and committed to meeting deadlines, continuous improvement and delivering resultsAbility to work well in a high-volume busy work environmentThis role is an opportunity to take the next step in your career.
