The Role The Construction Training Administrator is an exciting new role assisting with the development and review of training programs and other compliance activities across the Construction Function.
Reporting to the Construction Academy Manager you will be working in a versatile role with an important focus on supporting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the Construction Academy.
Key responsibilities for this role also include:
Maintaining accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and performance evaluationsAssessing feedback from Trainees and stakeholders to help improve and refine training initiativesAssisting with management to update and enhance training programs and quality assurance processesCoordinating calendars/schedules for Trainee Site ManagersCoordinating the Trainee onboarding process, new vehicle orders and inductionsOther administrative tasks as requiredYou Are you a dedicated, outgoing, and positive individual looking for a new challenge? This role will allow for the individual to take ownership and be motivated to ensure the Construction Academy is successful in upskilling our Trainee Site Managers.
Communication skills are imperative in this role as you will be liaising with multiple stakeholders internally and externally. You will also need to be able to work collaboratively within the team to build effective working relationships.
You will also possess the following skills and attributes:
Demonstrated administration experience in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 productsExcellent organisation and time management skillsExperience in residential construction is desirable but not essentialWhy ABN?
