YourKeyResponsibilities Providing daily administrative support to the L&D Team. Manage the administration of all L&D systems and processes, including the development and maintenance of training material and records Assist the L&D Team in the coordination of the Graduate, Apprentice and Traineeship programs Ensure Training compliance of New and Existing staff across the Business. Assist in L&D reporting, including monitoring the effectiveness of external training courses. Participate in career days and industry events as required WhatYou'CanDo' 2+ years Administration experience. Strong organisational skills, persistence and time management coupled with a sense of urgency. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A personalised customer service approach applying it to your colleagues and candidates. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Team focused approach, contributing to a positive and engaging work environment.
