About the Role DDH1 Drilling is seeking a Training Administrator to support our Training and Compliance function ensuring Training Systems and Framework are managed, maintained and updated, including Traineeships, incentives and claims. Duties include but not limited to: Assist with booking of new starter onboarding Assist with training bookings for compliance with skills matrix requirements, including researching and reviewing of Training providers in all States Assist with tracking and monitor competency compliance Assist with drilling certificate training enrolments with RTO's and Government agencies Create new starter records in Learning Management System Assist with training inbox and all training enquiries Storing of training certificates and documentation in line with company processes, including follow-up with Training providers Assist with Maintaining records of student enrolment to Drilling Certificate with relevant Govt Authority and Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), including the Staff Training Booking Register Assist with processing of Funding claims with State and Federal Government Authorities and agencies. Maintain a register of approved training providers Verification of certificate, licences, and competencies with Training providers, for inclusion into Skills Matrix (LMS) Must Do's in the role Follow DDH1 Code of Conduct Ensure safety is considered in every task that you do. Always presenting "Fit for Work" and punctual in attendance Adhere to DDH1 policies and workplace practices Maintain a duty of care in all that you do You will have Certificate III in Business - desirable Proficient in Microsoft package, including Excel Intermediate, MS Word Intermediate and Outlook Ability to multitask and meet time conscious deadlines Team Player with positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn Must be reliable with exceptional time management Build rapport with colleagues, field staff and external stakeholders Maintain a level of confidentiality whilst handling personal information What's in it for you?
