In this role, you will play an important part of the team, responsible for carrying out the administration support for all the training needs for the QLD region, including Multiplex employees and our subcontractors.The role will be based at our HQ in the Brisbane CBD but requires regular travel to our current live projects.Key Accountabilities:Manage the project training scheduleMaintain all training data and documents on the Multiplex operating systemsCoordinate training for project-based staff as per the training needs analysis matrixProvide data for project reportingWe are looking for a competent Administrator who has worked in a fast-paced Administration role, has a can-do attitude with a strong work ethic and willing to go the extra mile. Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel are a must, as are stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to multitask.
