About The Role We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Training Administrator to join our L&D Team.
The Training Administrator will undertake administrative tasks associated with the Training Department, including accounts, purchasing, employee/contractor management, and other administration tasks as directed by the management team.
This role is based in our Training Centre just outside of Gunnedah town Centre.
This is a full-time position working 7am – 5pm with a 9-day fortnight.
What You'll Do Schedule and manage all training activitiesSupport all aspects of the Learning Management System, including any issues that may ariseDaily and monthly administrative duties including but not limited to Induction processes, WHC360, Trainer Safety observations, and Training log registrationOrder and manage Gunnedah Training Centre suppliesMaintain and manage meeting roomsTravel management & Catering as requiredWhat You'll Bring The successful applicant will possess:
