Your journey with ATCO: We have an excellent opportunity available for a Training Administrator Assistant based at our Jandakot office on a permanent part time basis (3 days per week).
The successful candidate will provide support in the administration of training and development for employees and contractor staff to ensure workforce capability, regulatory compliance, and safe and effective operations.
What you will do: Scan and file training records into the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) System to ensure training records meet business and regulatory requirements.Support in the preparation and distribution of training material, training packs, and other material to support the delivery of in-house training.Provide general administration support and assistance in minor administrative updates of training material.Support in the preparation of training centre and training rooms.What you will bring: Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).Strong analytical skills with an eye for quality and a high attention to detail.Good computer skills including the ability to utilise a range of information systems; MS Office is essential (SAP is desirable).Highly organised with proven time management skills to effectively deliver multiple priorities.Ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent customer service.If this sounds like you, please apply online.
