About the role Reporting to the Training Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the MinRes Business and its associated clients and providers. It leads a team of Training Administrators to ensure effective support to business stakeholders and adherence to MinRes Training Systems and Processes.
Key Responsibilities Build relationships with management teams to ensure a proactive approach is adopted with regards to training systems and processesInfluence and educate stakeholders relating to key training request procedures and processesCoordinate and motivate a team of administrators to execute the external training request processUtilise and become an expert in the digital Training Management SystemsActively utilise and seek improvement opportunities in the MRL Training FrameworkIdentify cost savings opportunities where MinRes are able to improve efficienciesPerform a governance role over the training cost codesAudit training systems and processes to ensure a high level of integrity is maintainedLiaise with external parties including Registered Training Organisations and external training providersWhat you'll bring to the team Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) DesirableUnderstanding of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF)Excellent customer service and support skillsEnsure attention to detail and professionalism are incorporated into work outputsAble to multi-task and prioritise workloadExperience generating reports and documentsProficient in MS Office 365Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively2 or more years' experience in a Training related role in the Resources SectorExperience leading an effective TeamAnd then there's the extra benefits We look after our people because they're the ones looking after our business.That means a range of additional benefits for choosing MinRes including:
