About K&S Freighters K&S Freighters is recognized as a true multi modal provider of transport solutions, maintaining outstanding facilities and resource base and controlling one of the largest companies owned and operated fleets in Australia, over 160,000 sq m of warehousing and a large range of rail and sea containers. Key major national locations include Truganina ,VIC, Enfield NSW, Coopers Plains Qld, Fisherman Islands Qld, Gillman SA and Kewdale in WA.
Responsibilities: Reporting to the National Linehaul Manager the Training & Administration Officer will work within the Linehaul Fleet team providing support in maintaining the training and driver compliance. The key responsibilities to be undertaken are as follows:
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders.Communicate weekly Driver commitments.Data collection & entry of Quarterly compliance statements Manage Monthly safety and Toolbox register for Drivers.Administrate ESAF Transfers Coordinate recruitment of Linehaul drivers with P&C.Coordinate new driver Inductions Melbourne & Interstate.Administrator Kas Connect Tablet training.BFM nominations (work diary page checks)Coordinate with People & Culture team for all refresher and new driver training Provide back up support for additional Linehaul driver payments. Prepare Quarterly compliance statements. Assist with Coordination and management Training plan. Any other General administrative duties.About You: Word processing and electronic systems experienceHigh attention to detailAbility to work through large volumes of documentation and data entry.Managing time constraints associated with the role and prioritizing urgent tasks.
