Training Administration Coordinator

About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented Training Administration Coordinator to manage accredited training administration.
This role involves handling enrolments, managing student courseware access, and coordinating non-accredited training sessions.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and understand the critical requirements of RTO administration.Key Responsibilities:Manage training enquiries, bookings, and student enrolments.Coordinate communication, documentation, and facility services for training activities.Maintain and update the training calendar and schedule.Set up courses and class offers in line with product offerings and client requirements.Support traineeship and apprenticeship processes, including training plan preparation.Provide student support throughout the enrolment period.Perform QA checks and ensure data integrity.Collate and report data using automated systems like PowerBI.Skills & Experience Required:Knowledge of National VET sector standards and systems (AU, NZ).Experience in developing and implementing administrative processes.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in IT systems and software, including SMS & LMS (Wisenet preferred).Experience with PowerBI or similar data systems is highly regarded.Qualifications:Entry-level qualifications in business administration, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Key Working Relationships:Internal: Training participants, trainers, delivery staff, and team leaders.External: Vendors, service, and training providers.If you are a proactive and organised individual with a passion for training administration, we would love to hear from you.
