Job Description:Embarking on an innovative journey, St Vincent's Health Australia is launching a project to implement an early Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platform across our ten private hospitals. Our vision is to establish a robust EMR foundation and add further clinical modules and functionality over time. As we step into this transformative phase to strengthen clinical quality and safety, we invite passionate individuals who are dedicated to revolutionising patient care through cutting-edge digital healthcare technology to join our dynamic team.
We are actively sourcing an experienced Trainer in Melbourne VIC and Sydney NSW to join our project on a Fixed Term Full-Time arrangement commencing as soon as possible until approximately May 2025. In addition to the expertise you will bring, you will join an experienced, engaged and dedicated Project team that is committed to transforming patient care for St Vincent's Health Australia.
You will be responsible for working with internal stakeholders to design, plan, deliver and track the delivery and training of the system for end users.
Key Responsibilities of the Role: Coordinating, supporting and facilitating training across all project phases using a variety of training mediumsAssisting in the design and implementation of training plans and delivery, including knowledge transfer within your teamMeeting training objectives and reporting on key information and deadlines aligning with the project timeframeReporting on any issues and further development required with training leads and collecting and communicating feedback from your team to key stakeholders and managers within the broader project teamSupporting post go-live training and troubleshooting of any issuesInvolvement in the review of training and resources as part of continuous improvementThings That Work for Us: Proven experience in a complex project environment leading training design and implementation of large-scale projectsExposure to ICT related Healthcare environments and proficiency with training systems and processes and/or similarUnderstanding the importance of feedback and tailoring your training to the learning needs of othersPassion for delivering training and the ability to support your team leads and peers to promptly problem solve and troubleshoot under timeframe pressuresExperience teaching and delivering training to others in a supportive and innovative wayNational Criminal History Check (within the last 6 months)Things That Work for You: Ability to visibly see your impact on the business and its serviceCompetitive salary packaging optionsDiscounted private health insuranceEmployee Assistance Program for staff and their familiesAccess to the Fitness Passport (FP)Why Become Part of the St Vincent's Family?
