We are transitioning from paper-based records to a digital SAP Asset Manager application and need your expertise to ensure a smooth transition for our site-based workers.
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced trainer to deliver comprehensive training on the SAP Asset Manager application to our site-based workers.
All training content is prepared; your role will focus on effective delivery and ensuring our team is proficient in using the new system.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions on the SAP Asset Manager application.
Facilitate hands-on learning and provide support to workers transitioning from paper-based records.
Adapt training methods to suit various learning styles and levels of technical proficiency.
Monitor and report on training progress and effectiveness.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
Requirements: Proven experience in delivering training, ideally within a mining environment.
Knowledge of SAP Asset Manager or similar applications is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on a site-based roster (8:6).
Flexibility to adapt to different learning needs and environments.
