Facilitate internal training programs, including the Energy Project, Rethinking Safety Through Inclusion and Wellbeing, HSEMS Delivery Excellence, and Risk Management courses. Support the facilitation of training sessions in EBTA's immersive training room. Collaborate with the Compliance Training Advisor to ensure internal programs align with TNA compliance. Develop a quarterly training schedule. Assist in delivering emergency management and system process training. Contribute to the development of EBTA internal VOC instruments and conduct VOC assessments for direct hire workforce, utilising an on-site SME.

About you

Demonstrated experience in a training role, with a strong track record in developing and delivering training material. Ability to work autonomously and manage training programs effectively.
