As our Trainer/Educator, you will work 2 days per week in our Salon Academy, located at Racecourse Village, Ascot, training Epic Apprentices in their Certificate III in Hairdressing.
You must have a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – TAE40116 As a Senior Stylist , you will work 3 days per week on the Salon floor demonstrating and maintaining your cutting, colouring and exceptional hairdressing skills within our close-knit environment.You will play a crucial role in ensuring the best service for our customers.
We have 16 Salons across Brisbane that we have the option to place you in.
Duties Train/Assess our Team of Apprentices Marking and grading of Assessments and Tasks Coaching guiding and developing Apprentices to achieve their goals Grow and Develop a clientele Giving great service to your clientele on the salon floor Achieve and demonstrate goals and KPI's Skills and Experience Full Australian work rights Minimum of five years experience in Hairdressing Certificate III or above in Hairdressing Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – TAE40116 Abilityto delegate tasks efficiently and maintain supportive staff relationships Excellent customer focus and independent problem-solving skills Apply If you meet the above requirements,Apply for this job and attach your cover letter and CV.
