Seeking an experienced Trainer and Assessor at a Supervisor level to join a growing team in the Bowen Basin.
Your new companyReporting to the Superintendent, this role will see you deliver projects that meet the approved objectives within the constraints of scope, time, quality, and budget to maximise value. Project-related health, safety, environment, and community risks will be identified and managed.
Your new roleWe are currently seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor in a Supervisor capacity. This role will provide support in the following:
Supporting the project managers with authorisation of contractors on the mine siteJourney Management PlansSupervisor ApplicationsWork with the Contracts advisor to complete onboardingSite WAFs (Walk Around Familiarisations)Provide support to the Execution team as a SupervisorWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful you will ideally have the following skill set:
Previous experience as a Trainer and Assessor on a coal mine site in a supervisor levelHold a TAE40116 Cert IV in Training and AssessingHave current Supervisor Training (S1,2,3 and G2)Ideally, you will hold the below Statement of Attainments:

There are flexible travel options for the right candidate Residential, DIDO from Mackay and Surrounding, FIFO from SEQ. This role is long term for the right candidate and starting immediately.
