Fortescue is now consistently producing over 180 million tonnes of iron ore per year and has an exciting future ahead, establishing itself for future growth in a global market through innovation, product diversification and asset development. Iron Bridge is Fortescue's US$2.6 billion project, set to deliver 22mtpa of high grade 67% Fe magnetite concentrate product. Located 145km by road south of Port Hedland, the mine will deliver an innovative process design and industry-leading energy efficient operation.

As a Trainer and Assessor, you're at the heart of your team's activities, helping to keep our team moving forward.
Key ResponsibilitiesWorking with our customers and providing training supportDelivering Inductions, Practical assessments and enterprise trainingExecute Training plans and schedules to site teamsDevelop enduring relationships with on site departmentsProactively drive training compliance to business requirementsParticipate in the continuous improvement of training materialsQualifications And ExperienceCurrent Certificate IV in Training and Assessing or working towardsHigh Risk Work Licence (Desirable)Ability to train and assess a wide range of competencies to assist with site requirementsA strong communicator who is confident with presenting to large audiencesLearning Management System experience and proficient with the Microsoft suiteResource or Construction industry experience requiredMicrosoft Office suite and any Virtual training platforms.SAP / LMS experience highly regardedAbout UsBe part of something big.
