Work Location: Perth - Fortescue's Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.
Roster: Monday to Friday (working 5 days on, 9 days off)
During this exciting time at Fortescue, with innovation projects changing the way we work, we are currently seeking a Trainer and Assessor with substantial on-site experience to join our team.
This position will provide Training and Assessing requirements to our Training Delivery Team.
Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery of all Induction related Training and Assessing via a variety of delivery methods including Virtual, Blended and Face to FaceCollaboration with the team to improve training content and delivery methodsDelivery of FMG Specific Training and Assessments including Verification of Competency AssessmentsAbility to demonstrate initiative and work without supervision.Well organised and excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail.Hands on approach to teamwork, positive attitude and superior customer service skills are essentialAdministrative and scheduling duties as requiredQualifications and ExperienceCurrent Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a willingness to commit to obtaining this qualification.
