Site Skills Training operates training facilities in Brisbane, Gladstone, and Perth. We also deliver and manage on-site training for some of the largest companies and projects throughout the world. About the role
These roles will join the Competency Training team reporting directly to the Training Manager in Perth - Belmont. You will be responsible for delivering and developing quality training to customers in accordance with all relevant company policies and the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015.
Due to an increase in demand for our high-quality training, we are currently seeking suitably qualified and experienced Safety, Civil & Building Construction, Mining and Energy, Trainer & Assessors.
Successful candidates may be able to deliver courses such as: Work Safely at Heights, Confined Space, Gas Test, Load RestraintFire test and Tag, First Attack Fire Fighting, First Aid, LVR/CPRPlant Operations, such as Roller, Skid Steer & Front-End Loader, Telehandler & ExcavatorKey Responsibilities: Training and Assessment - Delivering nationally recognised qualifications;Contribute to development of programs and resource materials;Participate in moderation and validation activities;Provide ongoing support to leaners.About you To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for training and working with learners, employers, and industry stakeholders. There is likely to be a mixture of classroom and workplace-based training and assessment, which will also vary, depending on the discipline. Learners may differ from more experienced workers in industry to young jobseekers and career starters.

Mandatory Requirements for Training and Assessing Must Hold:
Hold TAE40122 / TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment OR TAE40110 (including TAELLN411 and TAEASS502 or equivalent; OR hold Diploma TAE;Currency & experience in the sector to be delivered;Excellent communication and facilitation skills;Experience in supporting learners with LLN challenges;Ability to work autonomously with little supervision;Willingness and ability to travel as required.CPCCWHS2001 Apply WHS requirements, policies and procedures in the construction industry, or its successorThe new Verbrec brand represents our evolution and continued growth by leveraging emerging techniques and technologies for the benefit of our clients.
