Mount Isa Mines are seeking a Trainer and Assessor in the Training Team at the Copper & Lead Smelters. This position is residentially based in Mount Isa, working a 5/2/4/3 roster. This is a fixed term opportunity for a period of 12 months.
The Role
The Smelters Trainer and Assessor plays a key role to ensure our training team supports the development of our people to have the skills to operate the Copper & Lead Smelters and associated infrastructures. This involves reviewing training compliance and ensuring documentation is relevant and up to date. Furthermore, assessing operators with our technical experts for our respective operational areas.
