About the role As a trusted training provider, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate professional to join our Training Team on a casual basis.
This role is responsible for the delivery and design of practical and high-quality accredited learning and development solutions and the achievement of high levels of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will bring a high level of business and industry experience and be qualified to deliver training programs such as BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership & Management, BSB50320 Diploma of Human Resources, and BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management.
About you You will be highly motivated to deliver high-quality training, experienced in industry training, with a passion to provide excellence in customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or relevant tertiary qualification) + LNN upgrade (TAE40122).Relevant VET qualifications at a minimum Diploma level in one or more of the following: BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership & Management, BSB50320 Diploma of Human Resources, and BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management.Industry experience that aligns with the relevant qualification.Experience in designing and developing training programs.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to contribute to a commercial environment.A strong customer focus.Experience using a LMS is desirable.How to apply If this sounds like you, we encourage you to 'Apply now'.
